Pros

This much should really be used to reset/adjust circadian rhythm. They relax me enough to sleep, without taking drugs. That takes a while so i just wind up chomping it down much sooner. Gives me a restful dleep.

It is vegetarian-friendly and free from gmos and gluten. This ensures that it caters to a variety of dietary preferences and restrictions. The flavor is pleasant and was hoping for a dissolvable tablet.

First and foremost, the effectiveness of these chewable lozenges is impressive. These tablets work as advertised, but don’t dissolve. When i do need more i'll be ordering these again.

It works great, price is unbeatable. Unlike many others, this melatonin isn't overpriced. It works really good and a blessing.

Cons

These do not make me tired or keep me asleep, so i wake up tired. It causes disturbing dreams as well if you do fall asleep. About to cancel my amazon account.
