Psyllium power is a powder that doesn't dissolve. I didn't pay attention to the label nor did i google how much fiber is needed for symptoms of ibs.
Dreadful stuff. It tastes like plastic chemicals and smells like fertilizer, it's so bad i had to throw it away' 'this tastes horrible.
Not looking forward to taking this daily for the next few months. Definitely would not recommend it. This is the first time and last time i will purchase from naturebell.

These capsules are easy to swallow, and are easy on the stomach.
I love how this product makes me feel and i know the benefits and importance of daily fiber for things like heart health.
For months i simply used a spoon and hated how clumpy the result was.
I wouldnt recomend taking them daily after the second week.

It is next to impossible to get commercial products that dont have artificial sweetners colors and other additives at my local grocery store or big box retailer

Dont know why some people complain about the tastei had other brands before and it taste the samethe only thing is that this one kind of makes some foam then i shake it to dissolve it
