Psyllium power is a powder that doesn't dissolve. I didn't pay attention to the label nor did i google how much fiber is needed for symptoms of ibs.
Dreadful stuff. It tastes like plastic chemicals and smells like fertilizer, it's so bad i had to throw it away' 'this tastes horrible.
Not looking forward to taking this daily for the next few months. Definitely would not recommend it. This is the first time and last time i will purchase from naturebell.

Dissolves pretty well although sometimes there can be a little that doesn’t quite mix but usually great results
This is easy to swallow and doesn't upset my stomach.

I’ve found this one to be great for the price.

It is next to impossible to get commercial products that dont have artificial sweetners colors and other additives at my local grocery store or big box retailer
