Took me 3 yrs to find this wonderful product & it's worth it! And it works. This one fits the bill.

Cons

This is the same product as way-overpriced metamucil. On the high end, that's a lot of pill swallowing. I swear, it’s more like plaster of paris than fiber.

This is the first time and last time i will purchase from naturebell. And it is off-putting. Definitely would not recommend it.

These capsules are easy to swallow, and are easy on the stomach.

I love how this product makes me feel and i know the benefits and importance of daily fiber for things like heart health.

For months i simply used a spoon and hated how clumpy the result was.

I wouldnt recomend taking them daily after the second week.
