Took me 3 yrs to find this wonderful product & it's worth it! And it works. This one fits the bill.

Cons

This is the same product as way-overpriced metamucil. On the high end, that's a lot of pill swallowing. I swear, it’s more like plaster of paris than fiber.

This is the first time and last time i will purchase from naturebell. And it is off-putting. Definitely would not recommend it.

Pricey for what used to be considered a by product but it works.

I like this product much better than metamucil and it is more effective and a fraction of the cost.
