Pros

The only thing that decreases my * or pmdd around that time of the month. The supplement costs a little more than some other brands but it is worth it. Symptoms are way more manageable now.

What a fantastic product. Back on it for the following month and smooth sailing, again. I'm excited about using this brand as it is organic.

Cons

Each capsule is 750mg. Borders on dishonest. Not potent. This is like throwing your money in the waste basket.

Competitiveness

This sjw is high potency and performs way better than the kind i can get from the big box store.

I found this brand that is stronger than the last one and has been very good at helping my ptsd.

I can tell difference when i have to use a backup brand that is less than 1500mg each.

Ran out of my usual brand and went with these due to similar in size and texture but with a bit more punch then the ones i usually take.
