My only gripe is that at the time of this review this is not on amazons subscribe list. Other than the packaging though, this seems to be a good quality supplement and a good value for your money.

Cons

Taking one capsule is 5000 iu, which is ok if your dr. The k2- mk7 100 mcg, is too low. If you go by the standard amount of d3 they say 1000 iu aday, or less! This is why i’m not a believer in takeing a multi vitamins.

What a great price for these softgels.

As far as price, this is a good value as you get 180 capsules (enough for 6 months of daily use) for less than $20.

I've taken sports research k2+d3 for a long time, but their cost has gone up and the deals they once advertised are non-existent.

The value proposition is much, much better with naturebell and it's organic.
