Pros
There were no burps or unpleasant after taste. These vitamin k complex tiny soft gel are easy to * with a coconut flavor. They play a vital roles in assisting vitamin d to utilize calcium in our bones.
Vitamin k is often hard to find, and many times in not included in combination multi-vitamins. This one matches the formulation of the high-quality brand 'life extension' i love that this has two variants of k1 in mk4 and mk7 forms, and an added k2.
Bottle comes with a plastic seal around the outside of the lid, and a peel-off seal inside the lid. The bottle is also in amber color and protected from quick degradation due to uv rays.
Lef puts it in 1 slightly-larger softgel per serving.
Cons
The softgels feel really hard & dried out not like a vitamin e. Ripped off. Why put receive a free bottle on bottle top if it's not going to be acknowledged.
