Highlights
Quality
The fabric is good quality and i like that there is a built in rain cover.
It is lightweight, well made, durable, and comfortable to wear at up to 29 lbs.
Already on closure strap has failed with less than twenty miles of backcountry miles on it.
The belt strap on the arc haul is made of these tiny straps, and they dug into my belly.
Price
Best bang for your buck for a light (almost ultralight) pack.
Very comfortable and is awesome for the price
I am happy for the size and weight at this price point.
If you want a luxurious bag with tons of pockets then spend $250+.

Packaging/appearance
The inside is one large area, so plan your packing strategically.
The frame adds a great deal of stability to the pack in my opinion.
I bought this as an introductory bag for packing in.
I packed 16lbs , plus pack weight, so totally about 19 lbs but i was ok to handle on my shoulders hiking up the steep hills.
Competitiveness
Naturehike could make a few adjustments to the design and this pack would be one of the best lightweight packs on the market.
Given the price compared to z-pack and others, i can't give it less than 5 stars.
For the price compared to other big name brands, this is a bargain.

So far nothing has come even close to tearing or even stretching at the seams of the straps or body of the bag

It is technically internal but it carries like an external frame bag and the back support acts like a good mesh
