Pros & Cons
Pros
It's not the lightest tent but it works for backpacking and it folds nicely. Overall, it has everything you need for a casual backpacking tent. But admittedly as car campers, we have large comfortable sleeping bags that your average backpacker will no... Read More
Easy set-up, easy tear-down. It's ridiculously easy to set up. The tent is reasonably easy to assemble.
The 3-person is obviously heavier than the 2 or 1 person, but i specifically needed the 3. Needed something for 2 people and a little extra room for gear. It is comfortably-sized for two people and our gear.
This tent is top-notch. Still a good tent. This tent are fantastic. A few pointers, though.
Used for annual camping trip along the deschutes for the last three years, took backpacking for three nights on the pct, and used for a trip to mount rainer national park. Took it from nyc to upper michigan. First use at shades state park in indiana (... Read More
Cons
Customer service is non-existent. Evidently the world is full of people who have nothing better to do than contact naturehike and ask for missing stakes. Scrapping entire tent because of damaged rainfly.
Highlights
Quality
Tent and stakes are very well made.
Easy to setup with the poles all being one system, tent is lightweight, great quality, and good for all seasons.
With all the rain and the wind, the tent held its own and was dry inside for the entire time.
Only takes 5 mins to fully setup and stake down.
Price
Ultimately, for the price, i am pleased with this tent and would recommend it.
Perfect price and great tent for the value highly recommend
If you are on a budget and this is all the money you can spend.
For the price, this tent is nice.
Shipping
It came the day before i left.
It came much later than i had anticipated, i thought i was going to cancel my camping trip!
Packaging/appearance
Boxed perfectly, exactly what i hoped for!
Ordered it here used and it was new in the wrapping and perfect.
Packed size length is dictated by the folded poles length, which on the 3p is 20.
This was used on our back packing trips and ways about 5lbs but split n half is only 2.
Competitiveness
My review is mostly a comparison between the 2p and 3p tents, in case anyone is interested.
The 3p inner tent connects to the frame in 8 places, whereas the 2p has 9 hooks to the frame.
The designers were thoughtful in their design and if i didn’t know better, i would think it was from a name brand.
Some research on the forum i post to(advrider), found that naturehike is the same factory that msr, north face, and a bunch of ... Read More

That said there are a few issues that were encountered

First the included footprint seems a little too big for the tent itself meaning that the corners of the rainfly had to be carefully adjusted to ensure rain didnt fall onto parts of the footprint that extended out from under the tent
