I love all of their products especially one a day and eye health.
After a couple of days, both knees were hurting me so much that i could barely walk.
I fell on some icy steps and badly strained my knee where i couldn't put weight on it.
Packaging/appearance
I think they need to re-think how the product is filled and packaged at the plant where these are produced.

Make sure you take the dosage suggested but do your research and make sure you understand how much you are taking
