Pros

I love that it is in capsule form. Packed with spinach, kale, chard and pumpkin seed.

The vitamin c helps with the absorption. I am not vegan or vegetarian but this would be a great product for those who are. This is a good iron supplement with vitamin c to aid with absorption and the capsule is vegan.

They’re exactly what i needed. I just take more than one and problem solved. They seem bio available as my numbers improved.

Methylcellulose capsules help with daily bowel movements as well. These are the only ones i have taken that make me feel good and have not made me constipated at all. No issues with tummy or constipation.

Cons

The new pill has maltodextrin, which is much worst than sugar. It has the highest glycemic index.
