Pros
Now has rice bran extract and silica. Lichen-based vitamin d3 is free from toxins and other contaminants and is a natural form of d3 that is the same as what our body produces. A lot of people have allergies to lanolin.
These are both high quality and affordable. Seems moderation is the key to most things. Worth doing my part providing my feedback.
Cons
Methylcellulose capsule seems more artificial than the rice/tapioca capsule as seen on the listing’s photo. There ingredient comes from lichen which iswhat is lichen? The taste is not good either. Why does this company not disclose using a filler?
