I would give this a 4-star rating except that the bottle needs to have a plastic insert for pouring!

Prosgreat price for the sizegood size to keep in the fridge without running out of it too fast or taking up too much spaceif you hate the flavor of plain oil this is flavored so you may like this moreif you are like most americans on the sad standard american diet you are missing a lot of omega3s in your diet and probably need moreminimal ingredientsconsmy only suggestion would be for this to come with a pump or dropper so that you dont have to pour it out or transfer into another contain as that gets very messy since it is oil and runs and creates a huge messmy first experience with this was awful
