Pros

Most store-bought dosages are 3-5mg. It is just enough to get you a bit sleepy. It improves your sleep.

Cons

The solgar tablet has an approximate volume of approximately 94 cubic millimeters. It is way too big for a 1 mg pill. They made me extremely nausea and did not help me sleep after taking 1 or even after taking 2.

These tablets are much larger, taste like chalk, and do not dissolve under your tongue. They are not returnable even the bottle that is unopened. It dissolves so quickly that it becomes chalky in the *.
