Seriously if you are taking postsurgery pain medication most standard tranquilizers and sleeping pills are potentially very very dangerous

Im someone that will switch up and take a few months break to avoid billing tolerance

However melatonin is something that you dont really need to worry about building a tolerance with unless youre taking excessive amounts
