The pills are perfect in size making it easy to * and look glittery pink. I have an autoimmune disease that caused by hair to fall out during flares. This formula gives me thick beautiful long black hair and im 71 yrs old.
Great product for hair and nail growth. They’re stronger, grow quickly and no more peeling and breaking! It also helps my fingernails!
Cons
The rda for biotin is 2500mcg per day. There is such a thing as multivitamin overdose, people, and it's dangerous to your health.
