Pros
These vitamin gummies taste great and are easy to chew. I just take two a day and it helps me not eat the gummy candy i'm addicted to.
Cons
The gummies are melted and stuck together in a single spot at the top of the package. They seem to have overheated. Bought 2 containers of natures bounty hair, skin, nails gummies and both times the gummies had tiny pieces of hard stuff in them.
Not enough biotin or multivitamin.
