Pros

Large size makes it slightly difficult to *, but if you let them moisten, and line them up with your * they slide down with a drink. No gassiness, pain or nausea. Less palpitations. No yucky aftertaste.

I love this product it's amazing! Im so thankful grateful feeling blessed to finally found something that works for me. I love them & think they are definatley worth every penny!

Methylated b vitamins. The ingredients are higher quality than most other mulitvitamins. Quatrefolic folate instead of folic acid. It has lutein, and other useful supplements not found in cheaper multivitamin.

Cons

The only way i can see myself comfortably using this is if i could unhinge my jaw like a snake. I believe it is dangerous and unsafe. Just not good.

Price

While the price could be improved, the effectiveness of this multivitamin is worth every penny.

They have everything in them you could want and at a good price.

But my question is since my last order in june 2023 amazon and nature way has double the price of it!

However, the price point could be improved.

I wish the pack had more than 60 tablets.

I have tried countless different multivitamins and for the price, this works just as well!

Compare and contrast ingredients to any other multivitamin, except vc, you’ll see that this one beats it out time and time again.
