I had been using dim for a couple of years in my late 20s and it helped hugely with period pains and bloating i then stopped for a good year or so as my lifestyle changed and in this time my cyctic acne came back big time i found the tub of dim in a cupboard and thought id give it a go again and within 10 days all of my acne was reduced if not cleared completely all the pain and sensitivity had gone and i noticed my mood was alot lighter also
I recommend it to everyone now
