This product does a great job of controlling my blood pressure and i've had no side effects at all.

Husband uses to help lower blood pressure along with coq10; garlic; calcium, mag and d3; plus cordyceps.

I took three pills throughout the day on the first day and my heart rate slow down to normal and my blood pressure also went down.

The binders and fillers are difficult for the kidneys to break down, and are not safe for kidney health regarding long term usage.
