I didnt think it worked at first but now that i am actually following the directions i am having better results

Ive tried a number of herbal products over the years for anxiety and restless sleep pattern and usually would discontinue use because i just didnt see enough of a consistent result to pay for the products so as i learned from the aforementioned reviewer many products are not standardized as this formula is
