Taking the product as directed does work in reducing my appetite.

I do think it’s more powerful than the regular garcinia cambogia.
I found it works best for me if i take it 30-45 minutes before a meal and drink it with 16 ozs of water.

Note on the top of the lid naturewise offers a second bottle for free however their links to messenger where this offer can be executed doesn’t work and it keeps me in a nonredeemable loop unable to apply for the offer
