Pros

Take them to combat a lactose issue, but it has also allowed me to drink regular milk and other lactose-based products without side effects. They make a noticeable difference in my digestive health. Needed a time-release probiotic.

It's chalky but still easy to *. It really does the job to keep you regular and without any discomfort.

Cons

These are chalky tablets. I expect a time-release capsule to have some kind of enteric coating, and these have no such coating. Glass bottle grinds down the tablets leaving fewer tablets in the bottle. No noticeable difference from tablet to tablet.

This product is not 150 billion cfu, but rather only 10 billion. The packaging is very misleading, but because it's in big lettering, it appears as if the cfu is more than it actually is. Any company that's trying to mislead you like that isn't trustw... Read More
