Pros

Pills are easy to * and convenient. No taste or smell so don't worry about burping it up like an omega 3!

Cla is supplemental to a rounded, deficit diet and exercise plan. I weigh 220 and seemed to have lost 4 pounds in two weeks along with exercise and diet it defiantly helped. This helps to shed some extra weight, but you gotta sweat for it!

Cons

Safflower is a derivative of ragweed. I continue to take it thinking that it will go away but everytime i do, it either keeps the pain or make it worst. Mine has less than a year until it expires.
