The capsules are small and easy to *. The size of the capsules isn't terrible either. They are in capsule form which is the easiest to take.

Soft gel form is a plus for me, as i find them easier to * compared to hard tablets. The soft gel is easy to * with no weird aftertaste. Recommended daily dose is only at 30mcg but is still marked as generally safe at doses 2500mcg and above.

Great value for a one month supply, if they start working as claimed. Price is about right as these type of quality products are not cheap. This biotin works well.

Cons

These have gelatin and fish oil in them, so they are not vegan. One serving is 3 softgels.
