Pros
Natural brunette color without red. Minimal chemicals with allot of coverage. No strange odor that exists in other hair coloring kits.
Moisturizing and soft after using this product. My hairdresser says my hair is so soft, not brittle.
It is gentle, non-irritating, and covers grays 100%. Covers my grays completely and doesn't leave my hair overly dry. I have a small patch of grey at the crown of my head that other box color wouldn't cover very well.
Cons
After washing my hair, the grey hair is still there and did nothing for my roots. Not chestnut mahogany. Do better with established, known brands.
