Pros
I use it for my back and neck pain, it really works. Seems to offer real relief to the wife with her migraines & my with various muscle issues.
Great quality and when i look at all the overpriced ones there really is no difference. Arrived promptly and well packaged. Excellent seller, excellent product.
This mat is uncomfortable, but worth sticking with. It also helps to relax me and fall sleep.
Cons
There’s also no option to contact seller.

Since discovered this amazing natural pain reliever things improved drastically to the better.
First time i used it i kept my t shirt on to get used to the spikes, but only a few minutes after braved it and took it off.
Back pain gone after 15 minutes on this matt.
