This is a beautiful stand that clamps on a table or other horizontal surface.

Luckily this doesn't tip the dulcimer (itself on an x-stand) backwards.

The only drawback is the weight, and the clamp is metal, so you might want to add padding.

I guess its also rather bulky to carry about so you might want to use a traditional music stand if youre a musician who travels
