Cast iron pan is solid, spread and retains heat well. Would recommend drying on heat after washing and a light oil before storing. Should last forever.

I did read several reviews before purchasing that it wasn’t very good and that food kept sticking i soon realised that people had forgotten to season their pan but once seasoned it works a treat
