My only real concern at the time was when i read the attached label which stated that the blanket can only be machine washed five times in its lifetime there was no mention of this in the description details on the retailer’s online page

Before putting it away for the summer i machine washed it once and i was happy to see that it dried easily and retained its fluffiness afterwards

To my great disappointment it appears that the blanket has lost its strength so to speak after that one and only wash

While i shall continue to use it as a cosy sofa throw i feel that paying £52 considerably more one year later for one season’s use is a little too much
