Pros
Great product for purchase price. Recipient says it i great and her cats love it. The customer service is amazing from this company.
The thicker cardboard inserts are perfect for him to dig on. I have two 9 pound cats and it’s a tight squeeze for both. Once you get it together it is the cat's favorite playhouse.
It takes a while to assemble, but when it is it is very sturdy. Overall a sturdy, great looking product.

Cons
Cardboard miasma is not an easy thing to assemble. The plastic * are too hard to use. The concept is great, but omg the pieces and not knowing how to fold or where to put the tabs.
It's overpriced and poorly explained. The cardboard is not as sturdy as expected. My rabbit is too big to use it.

Packaging/appearance
It is kind of a hassle to put together because there are so many little pieces to punch out of the cardboard to expose the insert holes.

The middle 34bridge34 pieces need to be reinforced a little better tho cuz the bend after awhile

I knew after one hour of trying to figure out which parts and how to place together i used another hour trying to make sure i was putting the right sides of boxes together because there is no markings on the sides for the boxes other than a letter a example and then i was confused about which side was the inside and the outside so i went by the smoother side was the inside and the rougher side was the outside but still had issues after i put the first box together seem like the other sides were hard to match up to the description displayed
