It's just cushy enough to add comfort for my feet but doesn't impede movement. My only complaint is that my dog loves it and drags her claws across it, leaving little gouges. Pick it up, then go boop someone in the nose for an electrifying treat!

It doesnt have the nubs to tell you where center and forward are that the supernatural mat and other vr mats do but thats not really that important to me

My main concern is staying on the mat and the few times ive come close to stepping off it i was able to shift and recenter

Its big enough for my wide squats while i do my supernatural workouts but narrow enough that as im turning around and moving i will hit the edge feel it with my foot and know to recenter myself
