Pros & Cons
Pros
Works great for calf and hamstring stretches. Has 3 different angles for stretching and knee strengthening exercises. The grip pads help with stability and prevent sliding.
This board is well engineered and constructed from using layers of laminated wood. Excellent stability and sturdiness.
Good price for this calf stretcher. Cheaper price but the quality seems to be fine. It is nicer than the one at my physical therapy office.
Cons
Not sturdy at all - broke within months. Poor grip. Not sturdy in the different slots. Feels like it’ll collapse while using it.
