It is a shame that no attention to detail was paid in manufacturing as the second block had beautiful wood.

Quality
The magnets are super strong, and it has no issues holding my 2 chef knives, bread knife, 3 paring knives, and kitchen shears.
We are usin this long time now and it is really good quality .
Be careful with assembly as they have a tendency to want to strip out the threads and the slot to screw them in!
It is heavy enough to not be toppled over easily, and it has a rubber bottom to keep it from sliding around on your counters.

I have 5 knives that i use a lot and arent part of the set in my knife block so i was looking for something that wouldnt take up a lot of space on my island and would look nice too
