I didnt like that it doesnt stick together as well as rice alone and that there are these little indigestible black its a nice change of pace for me i have mixed the two together before but i think the company has done a good job of finding the right rice to blend with this quinoa
This is a tasty brown rice and quinoa blend
My 7 year old ate it and liked it so thats a plus
