Pros

Although i don't think it can cure cervical spondylosis, it's a great massager for your neck and back.

A definite keeper, imo. As good as a massage & even better than a massage chair. Omg - all i can say is omg.

It's excellent on thigh muscles after a workout. Feels so good with the massaging mechanisms and heat. Meads your neck or back instead of just vibrating.

Cons

The charger is defective. It now makes a clicking sound anytime i use any sort of pressure. Now i am stuck with this malfunction product and don't know what to do.
