The time it stays cold depends on what you’re doing and what the temp is around you. An optional insulated bag is available for purchase at time of this review. I have the insulated carrying sleeve and it works nicely too.
When i'm working out, it melts faster than if i'm just sitting around. Just a nice gentle cooling effect spreads into your body.
The plant based liquid inside looks so cool unfrozen. This is great because while it’s cold, i don’t have to worry about it giving me frostbite. It pliable even when frozen!
It cools/freezes very quickly so once it warms up it does not take long to cool again. It stays cool for quite a while and really does help if you are overheated. One of the fastest ways to cool down is to allow a cold compress to your neck.
Cons
The contact point of the product, on the nape of the neck, is a half an inch. Lasting coldness from the product in the outdoor heat is less than 30 minutes. The rubber/plastic material is not durable for ongoing use.

Made well, one piece and seems durable.
I like that they can be used over and over, its light weight, doesn’t drip or require batteries and makes no sound.
This really starts freezing at 64f, and stays frozen for a long time.
The tube stayed cool for about an hour when chilled in the freezer and about 30 minutes when chilled in the refrigerator.
Price
99 seems to be a reasonable price to keep cool in warm temperatures.
99 is very fair and affordable and i think i may purchase a second one so i can swap them out always having a frozen one on hand.
Shipping
It got cool pretty fast after placing it in the refrigerator and even quicker in the freezer.
It was freezing out today when my package arrived so this cooling neck band arrived cold.
Packaging/appearance
It came packaged in a reusable, thin bag.
It came in an unsealed zip bag.
It comes in a foil-backed package that is easily stored in the fridge.
My husband took this out of the package and put it in and exclaimed “oh my gosh, it’s freezing!
Competitiveness
This probably works better and longer than a wet cotton handkerchief around your neck, which i've seen some outdoor workers do.
I'm in texas so they don't last as long as they might elsewhere.

The instructions say that it will get cold at a temperature below 65 degrees f and in the freezer will get cold in 10 minutes

I tried it in the freezer although you can also chill it in cold water or the refrigerator

First because it is a bit stiff and they needed to design it to stay put on the averagesized neck it seems to be for someone with a slightly larger neck than mine im small

It is also a little small in diameter so doesnt cover a lot of skin
