Pros
The neck fan has a long-lasting 5200mah battery. There is a digital battery life indicator on the unit. The led indicator is a handy feature that allows users to easily check the remaining battery life.
With three wind speed settings and a digital lcd screen, it's easy to adjust the airflow to suit your preferences. Appearance is classy, air flow has 3 serttings to adjust base on your preference. Neck fan pushes the air up all around my neck.
Neck fan provides instant cooling relief from the heat. Hang it around your neck and enjoy hands-free cooling anytime, anywhere. This portable neck fan is a great idea if you run a bit warm during the day as it can help to cool down again.
The fan noise is a little on a louder side when on higher setting. At a lower setting, they’re noisy but not in a way that it bothers me much.
Cons
The plastic is kind of constraining and uncomfortable around the neck. The air flow is decent for its size but it only goes about the first three or four notches. The blowers are positioned badly.

Competitiveness
I ordered a few more and had them with me at a massage therapy competition.
The look of this neck fan reminds of those beats by dre headphones, only lighter and better.
I will be trying out the similar item with a "plate" thats intended to reduce temps more quickly.
I find it beats the more expensive model my wife had before i got this one.
