Pros

This is great for neck exercises but i also like to use it for squats lol. Neck and forearms are what we call “grown men muscles”. Should be a good item to help strengthen my neck and help decrease hump in my back as well.

This is the first neck harness i’ve ever used that incorporates a chin strap. Once there is weight on the chain, it all settles very well into place.

Cons

Seems amazon recommends products is doesn't try. Wouldnt recomend. Too small for people above a 7 1/2 hat size. Would slide down over the eyes when i start moving. Couldn't use product due to small chin strap.

The dmoose chain constantly against the jaw is annoying. The fact that you have to hold the head piece while exercising makes it harder and that much more uncomfortable.
