Pros

The only complaint i have is there is no d ring on the back. While the demonstration shows you hanging a weight beneath you to lift, i also clip the rings to the gym cable station to do side to side exercises as well as pulling my head forward.

The chinstrap is really broad, and collides with my adam's apple. I usually wear it over my fluffy hat for cushioning and it fits snug and great support so the weights aren't crushing my head.

Cons

The v ring causes a jarring action that slams the chain back and forth. Cannot be used for lateral moves. When you try to employee side or lateral moves not only is the chain uneven but it’s across your face lol! Straps get caught on ears.

This makes it so you can't strap weight on and go side to side. It’s dangerous if you add 35 lbs or heavier. Very uncomfortable, if not downright dangerous, for heavy lateral exercises.

The stitches of the harness ripped apart 3 days after the return deadline. The d-rings are too large and mounted too high. The stitch snapped on one side and left me with a sharp pain.

New product is not the same, causes a lot of pressure on my temples and the forehead strap comes down over my eyes. Overall it's miserable.
