Pros

The chinstrap is really broad, and collides with my adam's apple. Comfortable to use. I usually wear it over my fluffy hat for cushioning.

Cons

The clip wants to slip back and forth between the angle points as you do reps. The d-rings are too large and mounted too high. The triangle rings make using the harness absolutely impossible, and possibly dangerous.

My dmoose band just started falling apart (stitching let go on one side) this makes it so you can't strap weight on and go side to side. It’s dangerous if you add 35 lbs or heavier.
