Heating can be turned off if not comfortable with it and also it has an automatic stop function which makes it stop after 15 minutes

Very good neck massage device that releases tension with electric impulses and promotes bleeding i had tension in my neck and always felt dizzy when looking upwards which has now disappeared thanks to the device
