Pros

It defiantly works the knots out of my neck which i love. The only bummer is, it doesn't get my shoulders or frozen levator scapulae. Use smooth towels/padding etc too enjoy it’s dailytherapeutic relief.

It has a car adaption. It is quiet and compact to take anywhere. Convenient portable size.

Cons

When you lean your body weight into the device it struggles to work. The straps used to'strap it to stuff' are small. Unless you anchor it on the back of a chair it moves around to much.

Don't like the vinyl material. The pillow is narrow and the massaging nodes are very hard.
