Spotted this and thought i would give it a go if its crap i just pack it back up and return
I did struggle to put the wrap on my neck too lose and it falls off the velcro is not that strong unless there is a bit of resistance which helps the velcro stay held in place
I do love the tens machine but cant put it on if on my own
I have awful problems with my back neck hips and i have tried many a product to hopefully find the magic thing to make it all go away
