Pros

I sleep so soundly and wake up rested. It caters to all sleepers. I am a combination sleeper, side and and back, most of the time *.

It's so comfortable. It conforms to every curve of my body. Wish it was just a little softer though. The therapeutic gel memory foam molds perfectly to your body.

A standout feature is the 365-night trial period, giving me peace of mind. The lifetime warranty is unbeatable. The 365-night home trial provides great assurance.

The mattress was delivered on time and packaged adequately. The brand reputation certainly precedes them. We look forward with confidence to see how this mattress preforms down the road.

Cons

Complete rip off. I was impressed with it for about a month. The company claims a lifetime warranty, but they would not do anything for us unless we provided something beyond pictures and insisted on some type of weird ruler test.

It's ridiculously firm. On my side it makes my ribs and hips hurt. I am a stomach sleeper with breast implants and it’s impossible to sleep on my stomach.

The company settled with the ftc for deceptive practices. We were refunded for everything except one twin frame costing us 780. They are also involved with multiple lawsuits.

The edges of the bed are not firm enough to support sitting 9n the edge and sinking. They are cheap and ikea like. I'm just confused as to why the pillows weren't there.
