Pros
This is my first dry vape and it performs very well. It is compact and heats up very quickly. The vapour produced is really good.
The materials and finishing are superb. The unit it's self is brilliant, compact but very sturdy, and well made. Great level of communication via whatsapp and courtesy call to inform me that replacement device has been sent.
The device is so easy to use, i now smoke all my 'oregano' through it. Heats quickly and a long battery life. My only gripe is that i wish it could go slightly hotter.
Comes with spare parts which is great and it is fairly easy to clean out. Very portable and comes with loads of accessories to keep the device clean. Comes with a pack of tools which are usefull.
Cons
The battery life has been awful, it dies within a battery of minutes, there is a warrenty but i am unaware of how to get a replacement. It struggles to retain heat for more than 30 seconds. It turns off mid session.

Very well designed & built, high quality materials and very good finish - all quite surprising for the cost.
The vape works great, and the customer service is also great, had an issue that they solved it pretty fast
Had an issue with the vape after about 3 months but the service from ian was excellent and a new product was sent immediately.
But if it's designed that way so the vaporiser remains a compact unit, so be it.
Competitiveness
A reliable vape with a battery life that will last an evening.
This is the 2nd vape i have bought from this company and it’s a very good product quite reasonably priced.
