Great design, good quality built, heats up very quickly, amazing flavour and good quality vapour. Removable battery is also a huge bonus! It heats up quickly and has decent battery life.

Customer service and warranty goes far and beyond most businesses with a 2 year warranty. I have an ultrasonic cleaner and isopropyl but i think it would be very difficult to unclog the mouthpiece without the ultrasonic cleaner. Easy to clean.

It's a cleaner smoke as there is no carbon monoxide because it doesn't combust. This means it is different to a combustible variety.
