There was no smell or odor. The bed goes toe to toe with my personal bed in this regard. I sleep hot and have bamboo sheets for this reason.

Nectar comes with a 10-year warranty, provided by serta. I find it worth every penny. It is from a reputable brand.

Firmness/softness - to me, this hits the sweet spot between melting into the bed like a cloud while still offering support. The ratio of softness to firmness is great for me. It's soft, but still med-firm, if that makes sense.

This mattress is marketed as a medium-firm mattress. It's soft and offers minimal support. They claim it sleeps cool, but that was not what i experienced.

Purchasing a nectar mattress has been extremely frustrating, time consuming, and i have been shuffled around. When i reached out to nectar to start the return, products were delayed by 2 weeks.

About half way in there is an indentation like the mattress gets skinnier at one point. One side appears to be going inward at the bottom and the other side outward. Overall, it just looks sloppy. Not at all crisp like the photos.
