While i’m sure that my previous aluminum 15mm rails were fine, these make an inexpensive upgrade that adds just a touch of class.
I feel this is a bit on the expensive but you can’t deny the quality of the extension rods so i definitely recommend.

These rods arrive in a plain, brown, neewer branded cardboard box.
Included in the box are just the rods themselves, both wrapped in their own clear plastic protective sleeve.

I personally wish i would have got 834 ones for my setup so i might just purchase a set of those too and keep these ones in case i expand my rig with some other accessories i have planned for the future

These are good for your special photovideo setups where you require special attachments special angles or have to accommodate a weird format camera

Personally i wanted to use them with a matte box in front of the lens but i also wanted to be able to mount a pcm recorder at the back
