I tested it several times to validate there is a drain and it wasn't me just failing to charge the batteries.

Had some quirks like my canon version where it will only let you shoot in vertical mode

Doesnt happen often and usually goes away after powering the camera off and on

My batteries do seem to drain when not in use but havent spent time to pinpoint the issue
