Tl;dr - worked well in z8 and wasn't overly snug like other usb-c batteriespros:- works well in my nikon z8 without throwing any errors- didn't notice a difference between oem battery duration and this battery- includes a charging cable- the fit of this battery in the z8 battery compartment isn't snug, which is nice because i tried another usb-c battery and it was slightly snug which made me nervous it might get stuckcons:- the color isn't one i'd pick if i were choosing, but it's a battery and it's inside your camera so who cares  Read Less
